DCAS Police Decertification and Authorization Form

This decertification and authorization form will be submitted to the New York City Office of Collective Bargaining. Under their rules, if 30% or more of DCAS Police sign and submit these forms, an election will be held to determine what organization will represent DCAS Police as the exclusive bargaining representative.
